    About

    the quest

This film takes inspiration from David Graeber’s ideas about modern work culture. He wrote about how people are expected to build their identities around constant productivity, and how society often values the appearance of work more than its actual meaning. His work shows how employment becomes a moral expectation rather than a path to purpose.

It looks at what this pressure feels like internally: the repetition, the confusion, and the ongoing search for something that never becomes clear. The search for stability does not end even with employment. It becomes a cycle that rewards movement without direction and effort without a final goal.
